| This check was what started me collecting Walt Disney Autographs. Being new to Walt Disney Autograph collecting, I made lots of mistakes. I paid 2 or 3 times what I should have for this check, and I believed the story the seller told me. He claimed the Walt Disney Special Account was a secret account that was eventually used for Disneyland. In 2003 I bought 3 checks from a dealer, and paid less for the 3, than I paid for this one check. One of the interesting things about Disney checks, is that he would sign them "Walter E Disney". Only in legal documents would you ever see this full autograph. |
